Healthy peanut butter cups

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 cup almond flour (or 1/4 cup coconut flour)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips + 1 tsp coconut oil for melting

Add all ingredients to a bowl (except for chocolate chips) and mix until combined

Form dough into peanut butter cup shapes

Place cups in freezer to harden (around 15 minutes)

Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil

Coat pnb cups in chocolate

Top with flakey sea salt

Let chill until chocolate is set

Store in fridge
