Healthy snicker bars

First layer

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 4 tbsp milk

Second layer

  • 1 cup peanut butter (natural)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Third layer

  • 1/3 cup chopped peanuts
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Add all first layer ingredients to a bowl and mix until combined

To another bowl add all second layer ingredients and mix until combined

Line a square dish with parchment paper

Add first layer to the dish and flatten

Add the second layer on top and flatten

Sprinkle chopped peanuts over that

For the third layer melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil

Pour melted chocolate over the first two layers

Place in freezer until chocolate sets

Cut into bars and store in the fridge
