Sourdough refined sugar free double chocolate cookies

  • 60 g starter
  • 80 g coconut oil
  • 50 g honey
  • 150 g coconut sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 4 g sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 130 g AP flour
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • Chocolate chips (measure with your heart)

Add started, oil, sugar, and egg to a bowl and mix

Add remaining dry ingredients and mix until combined

Fold in chocolate chips

Place dough in a container with a lid and let ferment for at least 10 hours

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Place cookies on baking sheet and bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes

Top with flakey sea salt

(Dough can be stored in the fridge for weeks if not baking immediately)
