Sourdough refined sugar free chocolate chip cookies

  • 60 g sourdough starter
  • 80 g melted coconut oil
  • 150 g coconut sugar
  • 50 g honey
  • 1 egg
  • 4 g sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 200 g AP flour
  • Chocolate chips

A kitchen scale is necessary for this recipe so exact grams can be measured

Add starter, oil, sugar, honey, and egg to a bowl and mix

Add the remaining dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips

Transfer dough to a container with a lid and let ferment for at least 10 hours

Place dough balls on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes

Top with flakey sea salt

(Dough can be stored in the fridge for weeks if you wanna bake a few at a time)
