White bread

  • 2 cups warm water
  • 1 tbsp dry active yeast
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 4 1/2 cup flour (540 g)

Mix water yeast and honey in a bowl and let sit for 10 minutes

Add butter and salt

Add flour

Knead dough for a few minutes or mix in a mixing bowl with the dough attachment

Let your dough rise covered for an hour

Remove dough from the bowl onto a floured surface and cut in half

shape by creating a flat rectangle

Fold each side of dough to the middle and roll into a cylinder

Place dough in buttered loaf pans cover and let rise for another hour

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes

Let cool completely before slicing
