- salmon
- 1-2 tbsp pesto (per fillet)
- parmesan
- mozarella
- breadcrumbs (for sprinkling eyeball the amount) (optional but adds crunch)
Add salmon to a lined baking sheet
spread pesto onto the fillet
add preferred amount of cheese on top
sprinkle breadcrumbs over the fillet
bake at 370 for 30-40 minutes or air fry for 12 minutes
