- chicken (refer to my oven baked recipe or use rotisserie)
- romaine lettuce
- parmesan
- juice from 1/2 lemon
- avocado mashed (1/2 per sandwich seasoned with salt and pepper)
- 1 1/2 tsp pesto
- Caesar dressing (refer to my recipe for homemade)
- sourdough bread/tortilla for a wrap
- mayo
- croutons (optional to go in salad mixture)
sandwich
spread mayo on the outside of bread slices
heat bread mayo side down in a skillet until crispy
combine lettuce, chopped chicken, parm, lemon juice, and dressing in a bowl
assemble sandwich by spreading avocado onto one slice of bread
add pesto to the other slice
add salad mixture to your bread
cut in half and serve
wrap
add avocado and pesto to the inside of a tortilla
add salad mixture
wrap up
serve
