Cookie dough smoothie bowl

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 dates
  • Almond milk (just enough to blend to desired consistency)
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Choice of seeds (hempseed and flaxseed)
  • Pumpkin seed (optional for topping)
  • Granola (for topping)
  • Honey (for topping)
  • Greek yogurt (for topping)

Cookie dough

  • 2 tbsp almond butter or cashew butter (or 1/2 almond 1/2 cashew)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • Chocolate chips
  • Sea salt

Combine cookie dough ingredients and roll into balls

Blend smoothie ingredients (except for toppings) until desired consistency is reached

Add smoothie to a bowl and top with toppings of choice
