- 1 frozen banana
- 2 dates
- Almond milk (just enough to blend to desired consistency)
- Dash of cinnamon
- Choice of seeds (hempseed and flaxseed)
- Pumpkin seed (optional for topping)
- Granola (for topping)
- Honey (for topping)
- Greek yogurt (for topping)
Cookie dough
- 2 tbsp almond butter or cashew butter (or 1/2 almond 1/2 cashew)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup oat flour
- Chocolate chips
- Sea salt
Combine cookie dough ingredients and roll into balls
Blend smoothie ingredients (except for toppings) until desired consistency is reached
Add smoothie to a bowl and top with toppings of choice
