- Sourdough bread
- Olive oil
- Pizza sauce
- Cottage cheese (I like to blend mine so it’s a whipped consistency)
- Pepperoni
- Sun dried tomatoes
- Hot honey
Start by drizzling bread with olive oil then either pan fry or air fry until golden and crispy
Remove from pan/air fryer and add pizza sauce on top then cottage cheese
Then add pepperonis and a few sun dried tomatoes
Either place back in the air fryer for a few minutes or in a 400 degree oven for about 7-8 minutes (broiling for and additional 2 at the end if needed)
Once done drizzle with hot honey and basil(optional)
