Patties

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Olive oil (for pan cooking)

Gravy

• 1/2 sliced onion
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp flour
• 1 cup broth
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all patty ingredients in a bowl

Form into 4 patties

Add oil to a skillet and cook through 

In another skillet add butter and onion 

Cook until soft/caramelized

Add flour and stir for about 3 minutes

Then add broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper simmer until thick

Add patties to gravy and serve
