- 1 tbsp pesto
- 2 eggs
- Feta
- Sun dried tomatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Hot honey
- Parmesan
Add pesto to a skillet and let warm
Add eggs and desired amount of feta to the skillet
Add desired amount of sun dried tomatoes on top
Cover and cook until eggs are cooked to your liking
Once cooked season, drizzle with hot honey, and sprinkle with parm
Serve with toast
