Potatoes (season to taste)
- 1 sweet potato (or regular) (1 per serving)
- olive oil (just enough to drizzle)
- salt and pepper
- cumin
- paprika
- garlic powder
Bowl topping ideas
- Scrambled egg (cooked with shredded cheese)
- sauteed spinach/greens
- bell pepper and onion cooked
- avocado
- cherry tomatoes
- pickled red onion
- sausage (Applegate is my favorite brand)
- bacon
- ham diced
- hot honey/regular honey drizzled
- Sriracha
- Kimchi
Cut up your choice of Potato
Add to a bowl with seasoning and oil
Add to your air fryer (or oven) and cook for about 20 minutes
In the meantime cook/prep any toppings of choice
Once cooked, add potatoes to a bowl
Top with any topping of choice
