Berry chia jam

  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup water

Add berries to a saucepan with water

Heat over medium heat

Bring to a simmer

Add remaining ingredients

Stir and mash the mixture as it cooks

Once all berries are dissolved and mashed remove from the heat

Let mixture sit for 15 minutes

Transfer to a dish and store in the fridge

Serve on toast, in a yogurt bowl, etc
