• 1 everything bagel
• Cream cheese
• 1/2 avocado
• Lemon juice
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 egg
• Tomato sliced
• Hot honey (optional)

Toast your everything bagel

Cook an egg sunny side up

Mash an avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper

Once toasted add cream cheese to the top piece

Add avocado to the bottom

Add sliced tomato on top of the avocado then add egg

Drizzle with hot honey if preferred

Top bagel and cut in half
