(One serving)
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds (optional)
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- + 2 tsp cocoa powder (if you want chocolate)
Mix chia seeds, hemp seeds, and milk well until combined
Add maple syrup and vanilla and mix again (If using cocoa powder add that in)
Refrigerate overnight
Toppings:
- Fruits
- Nut butter
- Granola
- Honey
- Shredded coconut
- Chocolate chips
- Greek yogurt
