Date caramel chocolate bites

Filling

  • 1 cup dates
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Melted chocolate

  • 150 grams dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Soak dates in hot water for 10 minutes

After 10 minutes remove the pits and add to a food processor with remaining filling ingredients

Once processed drop scoops of filling onto a parchment lined sheet

Spoon melted chocolate over each filling scoop

Let set in the fridge

(You can store these in the fridge or freezer)
