Red sauce meatballs

(Makes around 12)

Meatballs

1 lb ground beef

1/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs

1/3 cup Parmesan

1 egg

1/4 cup diced onion

Minced garlic

2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1 tbsp Italian seasoning

1 tsp basil

1 tsp parsley

Mezzetta garlic & basil pasta sauce

Combine all ingredients and roll into meatballs

Add to a dish and broil for 8 minutes

Flip meatballs and cook on 360 for another 15 minutes

Add red sauce once cooked and top with parm & fresh basil
