- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup honey/maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp flaxseed
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup nuts (optional)
- Chocolate chips (optional)
Mix all ingredients together
Add to a muffin tin
Bake at 350 for 28 minutes
