Healthy chocolate chip oat cookies

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Combine all ingredients in a bowl

Add to a parchment lined baking sheet

Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes
