- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup cottage cheese or Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg (for egg wash only)
Topping ideas: jalapeno + cheddar, sun dried tomato + cheese, everything bagel seasoning, onion + chive, etc…(have fun you can make any flavor!!)
Add flour, baking powder, salt, and cottage cheese to a bowl and mix
Divide into 4 pieces and shape bagels (you could also make biscuits)
Add to a parchment lined baking sheet and brush with egg wash
Add toppings of choice
Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes
