- 3 bananas mashed
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 1/2 cups oat flour
- 1/4 cup + 2tbsps cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Combine mashed bananas, eggs, maple syrup, oil, and vanilla
Add the remaining dry ingredients and mix
Fold in chocolate chips
Add batter to a lined or greased muffin tin
Makes 12 muffins
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
