- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp cold butter cubed
- 2-3 tbsp milk
Combine all ingredients
Flour a flat surface and flatten out dough (or divide dough into 5 balls and shape each biscuit)
Cut into biscuits (this makes about 5)
Add to a parchment lined pan
Bake at 400 for 15 minutes
