- 12 eggs
- 1/2 cup bell pepper diced
- 1/2 cup onion chopped
- 1 cup kale or spinach chopped (can use frozen)
- 1 cup broccoli chopped (optional and can replace with any veggie)
- 1/2 cup tomatoes chopped
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Whisk eggs in a large bowl
Add all chopped vegetables and mix
Add remaining ingredients and mix
Line a pan with parchment paper
Bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes
