Healthy almond flour banana bread

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 or 3 large ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup avocado oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (use lilys for sugar free)

Add bananas to a bowl and mash well

Add eggs, oil, vanilla, and almond extract and mix

Add remaining dry ingredients and mix

Add chocolate chips

Add batter to a parchment lined loaf pan

Bake at 350 for 1 hour (might need 10 extra minutes)
