Refined sugar free sourdough discard snickerdoodle’s

  • 1/2 cup sourdough discard
  • 4 tbsp almond butter
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2/3 cup + 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt

Cinnamon dusting

  • Coconut sugar (enough to sprinkle on top of each cookie)
  • Cinnamon

Add discard, almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla to a bowl and mix

Add almond flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt to the bowl and mix until combined

Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and drop the cookies onto the paper

Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on each cookie

Bake at 350 for 10 minutes
