Beef and shells

1 lb ground beef

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp pepper

8 oz medium pasta shells

1 1/4 cup tomato basil pasta sauce

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 tbsp butter

Grated Parmesan for topping

Basil to taste

Instructions

Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente. Save 1/2 cup pasta water, drain

Cook the beef in a skillet then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder

Add tomato basil sauce and stir into the beef. Heat until bubbling. Bring to a simmer

Stir in the heavy cream and butter

Add the drained shells into the sauce and add the pasta water if needed

Serve topped with Parmesan, basil, garlic salt, red pepper flakes, and garlic bread
