Biscoff banana pudding

Pudding ingredients:

  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups cold water
  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups cold heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup cookie butter, melted

Layers:

  • 1 box biscoff cookies
  • 4 bananas, sliced
  • 1/4 – 1/3 cup cookie butter melted (for in between layers might need more or less I don’t really measure)

Topping:

  • Biscoff cookie crumbs
  • Cool whip
  • Biscoff drizzle

Instructions:

In a large bowl whisk condensed milk, water, and pudding mix

Refrigerate 10 minutes

In the bowl of a stand mixer whisk the cream to soft peaks until it’s cool whip consistency

Fold in the cream and cookie butter into the pudding

It will become fluffy creamy and light brown

Start layering using a trifle dish or 9×13 pan

Layer some cookies on bottom, pudding, bananas, and a drizzle of cookie butter

Repeat until all layers are formed

Top with cool whip, cookie crumbs, and cookie butter drizzle
