Biscoff truffles

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams biscoff cookies
  • 125 grams cream cheese softened
  • 200 grams white chocolate melted
  • 25 grams cookie butter melted

Add cookies to a food processor and crush until fine crumbs

Add the crumbs to a large bowl and mix with cream cheese

Once well combined roll into balls

Add to a wax paper lined sheet

Freeze for at least 30 minutes

Dip balls in chocolate

Drizzle with cookie butter
