Single serve healthy cookie dough

*perfect nightly sweet treat*

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt (I use Oikos vanilla)
  • 1 tbsp oat flour
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup to taste
  • Splash of vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Chocolate chips

Mix everything in a small bowl until smooth and thick

Eat as-is, or chill for 10 minutes
