Best refined sugar free chocolate chip cookies

  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips

Optional add:

  • M&ms (measured with your heart)

Add sugar, oil, egg, vanilla, and maple syrup to a bowl and mix well

Add remaining ingredients and mix until combined

Chill for at least 30 minutes

Bake at 350 for 10 minutes

Top with flakey sea salt
