(Not ranch makes 1/2 cup)
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 small garlic clove, halved (or 1/4 tsp garlic powder)
- 2 tbsp water (add more to thin)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
- Small pinch cumin
- Small handful cilantro (optional)
Blend all ingredients until smooth
Adjust lime/salt/water to taste
Store in the fridge
Serve with salads/tacos/bowls
