(Makes 1/2 cup)
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 2 tbsp buttermilk (or milt + 1/2 tsp vinegar)
- 1-11/2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp honey
Blend all ingredients until smooth
Add a splash of buttermilk if needed
Store in the fridge
Serve with salads/tacos/bowls
