Coleslaw (my grandpas favorite)

  • 1,041 g cabbage finely shredded (I use a chopper)
  • 3/4 cup + 2 tbsp mayo (207 g)
  • 2 tbsp + 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp + 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Pinch garlic powder

Whisk together all ingredients (except for cabbage) in a bowl until smooth

Pour dressing over shredded cabbage and mix until combined

Chill in the fridge until time to serve
