Tuna salad

  • 1 15 oz can tuna, drained well
  • 1 boiled egg chopped
  • 2 tbsp mayo
  • 1-2 tbsp whipped cottage cheese (optional to make it healthier or use more mayo)
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp finely diced celery
  • 1 tbsp finely diced red or green onion
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Pinch of garlic powder

Add tuna to a bowl and flake

Add remaining ingredients and mix well

*You might need to add more mayo/cottage cheese to get your desired consistency*

Serve on a tuna melt or eat as a snack with crackers
