- 1 15 oz can tuna, drained well
- 1 boiled egg chopped
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 1-2 tbsp whipped cottage cheese (optional to make it healthier or use more mayo)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp finely diced celery
- 1 tbsp finely diced red or green onion
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Pinch of garlic powder
Add tuna to a bowl and flake
Add remaining ingredients and mix well
*You might need to add more mayo/cottage cheese to get your desired consistency*
Serve on a tuna melt or eat as a snack with crackers
