Pancake ingredients:
- 25 grams almond flour
- 7 grams flaxseed
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 2 tbsp milk
- 40 grams blueberries (can use frozen)
Toppings:
- Banana
- Almond butter
- Chocolate chips
- Greek yogurt (I use oikos vanilla)
- Honey
Add all pancake ingredients to a bowl and mix until combined
Heat a greased skillet over medium heat
Add pancake batter to the skillet in increments (2-3 pancakes)
Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side
Top with toppings and serve
