Single serve healthy pancakes

Pancake batter:

  • 20 grams oats (1/4 cup)
  • 10 grams ground flaxseed
  • 10 grams whole wheat flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • Splash of vanilla

Topping:

  • Banana (or fruit of choice)
  • Almond butter
  • Maple syrup
  • Chocolate chips
  • Vanilla greek yogurt

Add all of the batter ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth

Grease a skillet and heat over medium

Add your pancake batter to the skillet and cook (you should have like 3 pancakes)

Top with desired toppings
