Pancake batter:
- 20 grams oats (1/4 cup)
- 10 grams ground flaxseed
- 10 grams whole wheat flour
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- Splash of vanilla
Topping:
- Banana (or fruit of choice)
- Almond butter
- Maple syrup
- Chocolate chips
- Vanilla greek yogurt
Add all of the batter ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
Grease a skillet and heat over medium
Add your pancake batter to the skillet and cook (you should have like 3 pancakes)
Top with desired toppings
