- 2 lbs golden potatoes (900 grams)
- 4 tbsp (1/2 stick) salted butter
- 1/2 cup whole milk (120 ml)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream (60 ml)
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- Pepper
- Garlic minced
Peel and cut potatoes into smaller pieces
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add potatoes
Boil until fork tender
Drain the water then add butter, milk, and cream
Mash together
Add salt, pepper, and garlic and combine
Serve with your favorite dishes
